As part of the global momentum that brought the Nchum community together, the Nchum sons and daughters in Dubai felt it both timely and essential to unite under the banner of the Nchum Development Association (NDA). This spirit of belonging led to the creation of the NDA Dubai Branch, now an integral part of the global NDA family.

In 2021, this vision came to life when the Global President of NDA traveled from the United States to Dubai to officially install the branch executive (Exco). The installation ceremony, hosted by the Bafut Manjong in Dubai, was a colorful and culturally rich event, celebrating our identity and unity as Nchum people in the diaspora.

During his visit, the Global President held two strategic working sessions with the newly elected Exco at his hotel lobby. These sessions helped set the foundation for the branch, shaping a clear roadmap and laying the groundwork for future collaboration, growth, and contribution to the broader development agenda of the Nchum community.
